Riajati designs and fabricates outdoor enclosures, mounting hardware, poles, towers and shelter cabins for industrial, scientific and environmental installations. From the bracket that holds a sensor to the tower it stands on and the cabin that houses the equipment — engineered for tropical conditions and integrated with the electronics we already build.

Concept & Mechanical CAD
Concept design, parametric 3D CAD, assemblies, GD&T drawings and sheet-metal flat patterns — tuned to where the gear will be installed and how it will be serviced.
Structural & Thermal Analysis
FEA for static, wind and seismic loads on enclosures, masts, towers and brackets; thermal modelling for solar-loaded outdoor cabinets.
Sheet-Metal & Welded Enclosures
Laser cutting, CNC bending and robot welding — IP-rated cabinets, DB and switchboard enclosures, instrument housings, sub-plates and gland plates.
Precision Machined Parts
CNC milling, turning, wire-cut EDM and water-jet for brackets, flanges, antenna mounts, sensor adapters and bespoke retrofit hardware.
Towers, Masts & Poles
Weather, comms, lighting and sensor towers up to 25 m, tubular or lattice; sensor masts, CCTV poles and lightning-rod masts — with welded base flanges for foundation anchoring.
Shelter Cabins & Equipment Housings
Steel-framed walk-in shelters and equipment cabins for outdoor electronics, instrument rooms and field stations.
Surface Finishing & Corrosion Protection
Powder coat, hot-dip galvanizing, anodising, passivation and brushed finishes — specified to the site conditions.
