When navigating a hazardous debris pile or running extended search and rescue operations, you need a harness that supports your movements instead of restricting them. The DLX USAR load-bearing vest keeps essentials within reach in the rain, in the dark and in the critical moment — developed in the field together with professional SAR task forces.

Built to save lives

Constructed from durable 1000D nylon with a water-resistant urethane coating, the vest shrugs off rain, mud and abrasive debris. Water-resistant zippers and covered pockets keep radios, notebooks and torches secure and dry in confined spaces and foul weather, while reinforced stitching stands up to vertical rescue work.

Keep everything in reach

Multiple zippered and covered pockets organise radios, notebooks, flashlights and medical supplies. Integrated MOLLE webbing lets each team member customise the layout, with options for a hydration bladder, collapsible helmet storage and an emergency medical IFAK kit. Quick-release buckles get the vest on and off in seconds.

Seen when it matters

Available in Black, Hi-Viz Orange and Hi-Viz Yellow-Green, all with reflective strips for low-light visibility. Hook-and-loop attachment points take identification and operational placards, with personalised ID panels available separately.

Field tested with SAR teams

The vest was developed in close collaboration with search and rescue units — tested in rain, cold, debris fields and vertical rescue operations, then refined and tested again. It was worn daily through a 24-day Hurricane Helene deployment by task force leadership without issue or discomfort.
